Here's a quick overview of how ordering works at Bookstore by RMM.
Choose Books
Browse the website catalog and choose your favorite books.
Checkout
Complete your order through our website checkout, or contact us via WhatsApp if you need assistance placing your order.
Down Payment
Pay the down payment shown on your invoice.
Order Processing
We will place your order with the publisher
Final Payment
We will let you know when the books arrive and are ready for final payment.
Books Shipped
Your books will be packed and shipped to your delivery address.
2. Pre-Order Types
Pre-order options available at RMM.
PO Publisher
Books ordered from the catalogs or official websites of publishers currently accepting pre-orders..
PO Remainder
New and original books from overstock sales. Some copies may have minor defects such as dot marks, bumped corners, scratches, small stains, or light creases on the cover or page edges. Minor defects do not affect the function or content of the book. Most books arrive in very good or excellent condition.
FAST PO
Remaining stock from a publisher's regular pre-order with a shorter waiting time.

Hardback / Hardcover
Thick cover with regular paper pages.
Paperback / Softcover
Flexible cover and lighter to hold.
Board Book
Sturdy board pages designed for babies and toddlers.
Flexibound
Flexible cover, between hardcover and paperback.
Sound Book
Books with built-in sounds or interactive audio features.
4. Payment
Down payment and final payment information.
Payments can only be made via bank transfer to the following account:

- Down payment is due within 48 hours after the down payment invoice is sent.
- Final payment is due within 48 hours after the final payment invoice is sent.
- If you have any payment issues, please contact our team to discuss an alternative payment schedule

100% New & Original
Bookstore by RMM only sells 100% new and original books.
Packaging
RMM will always prepare safe packaging so your books arrive in the best possible condition, including bubble wrap, cardboard boxes, and plastic wrap with a Rp3,000 packing fee per address.
Shipping & Delivery
Books are shipped from Bogor or Surabaya via Lion Parcel or Sentral Cargo.
